Having family connections to the Beejapore arrival in Feb of 1853 (Samuel Gouldsborough), I’ve been trawling around Google and other on-line resources on and off for about four years looking for an elusive image of the Beejapore without much luck. There seems to be no nautical paintings or depictions of this ship. The closet likeness and facsimile to her is it’s sister ship, the Marco Polo for which a photo exists when it was in port in Queensland, Australia.
